Apples are a good source of dietary fiber... for a healthy digestive system and reduced
cholesterol.
Almonds. Women who
ate nuts at least two times a week were more successful at keeping
weight off than those who didn't.
Salmon When
dieters ate salmon a few times a week, they lost about two more
pounds than those who didn't include seafood in their
meals.
Eggs Protein, like fiber, has
impressive satiating powers. And while eggs seem to have a bad
reputation in some circles, there can be no contesting their
ability to help keep your weight in check"
Tomatoes
One cup of cooked, red
tomatoes contains just 43 calories, but tastes just as delicious as

A machine that can 'print' 3D designs in chocolate
The machine works just like your average ink printer: a liquefied foodstuff (so far, just chocolate) is squirted out to a particular pre-set design and then gradually layered and cooled to create a three-dimensional, edible sculpture. It's a prototype as yet, but Hao believes the idea will catch on. "The aim is for the machine to use locally sourced ingredients and be part of the local community," he says. "Children could print out toys; adults could come up with their own designs. It would be like your local chocolate factory." >>> read more
