Wine Tasting Event - 7/12/11- Tower Club Summer White Tasting

South Florida is the only geographical region of the United States that has a sub tropical climate and for that reason it is the perfect place for light crisp aromatic whites. The regional cuisine focuses on seafood and there is no better food and wine cliché than white wine with fish. Join us as we explore the possibilities of white wine varietals and their affinity to seafood, our local fair that pairs so well with varietals like: Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Chenin Blanc, Marsanne, Rousanne and unique blends featuring these varietals.
