EPISODE 1: FRESH MOZZARELLA
I always thought fresh mozzarella was difficult to make. But I decided if I was going to make a great product everything I put in it had to be great. So I asked my friend Peter (who's been making it for years) and that's when I realized this shit is pretty easy. So at my restaurants we now make fresh mozzarella, every hour.
